Automatic Membership Renewal
Unless you notify www.iamadaytrader.com by email using the email address of [email protected] a minimum of 3 days prior to the end of the applicable subscription period that you wish to cancel a service or upgrade to an annual membership plan, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the original agreed annual or monthly subscription fee using any credit card or other payment mechanisms we have on record for you.
We do not pro-rate the monthly fee so if you cancel prior to the end of the month you have already paid for the cancellation will take effect next month.
The coaching room subscriptions are paid on a monthly, six-monthly, or annual basis and are non-prorated and non-refundable.

Coaching membership protocol:
It is important that all members follow a standard protocol when logged into the live trading and coaching room. Please always observe the following basic rules:
Do not mention or talk about religion, politics or sex or mock other members.
Do not post URL in the chat box that has no relevance to www.iamadaytrader.com
Do not post information in the chat box that has no relevance to the trading or coaching at hand as many of our members may be real time trading and need to stay focused.
Please do not use CAPS in chat – it comes across as rude and is distracting.
Please DO NOT post personal information such as email addresses or Skype contact details in the chat box.
Chat box. We are building a community of epic day traders sharing ideas and helping other day traders reach their true potential so we won’t usually delete content. Instead our primary job is to categorize it, so it’s easy to find and analyze. However, inappropriate comments, chat messages that are unhelpful or offensive will be swiftly removed.
Do not give your IDs or passwords to any other person as entry to the member’s area and live coaching room are IDs and passwords are ISP address sensitive.
Do not attempt to log in from two or more different computers.
The live coaching membership room is for online educational purposes only. It is not to be misunderstood as a real money trading room. Please do not misunderstand our services. We are here to educate you using actual real-time charts, trade setup examples, trading education and any simulated trades are taken at the coaches’ discretion as are any live trades taken on his own personal account.
We are not here to trade for you but to coach and mentor you in all aspects of The Day Traders Fast Track Program.

The coach will use numerous strategies and techniques as taught in The Day Traders Fast Track Program. We will do our best to walk our coaching members through our trades, but, during the trade, the trade will take precedence. Any questions unanswered during the trade will be addressed afterward.
There are strictly no refunds on coaching memberships.
Not all trades if any will be executed with a real account; it is at the discretion of the coach. The coach may trade using a real account, a demo account or trade simulator or not place a trade at all.
Please note the strategies traded will be at the discretion of the coach and not all strategies as taught in The Day Traders Fast Track Program will be employed.

During a trade, the coaches ability to address questions may be limited, so please pay attention, try first to learn by watching, and only then ask short, concise questions.
The coach is not here to trade for you. If you feel uncomfortable with any of the trades, you should not take them. You should only take trades that you know and understand the strategy. If you do not, now is not the time for a crash course that will get you into this particular trade. Please understand that these may be live trades with a real account and the coach will answer questions as best he can but may not get to answering your question at all. Please don’t feel left out or ignored, simply wait for the trade to conclude and then ask the moderator for clarification.
You hereby agree that ANY and ALL trading decisions you make are your own and reflect your own personal level of risks and trading skills. You also acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the risk parameters involved in trading and that the leveraged nature of financial trading can cause losses greater than your account balance. You further agree to accept full, complete and sole responsibility for any and all results in your trading account. There have been no promises, guarantees or warranties suggesting that any trade will result in a profit or will not result in a loss.
Trading Is Risky: Never, ever trade with funds that you cannot afford to lose. All trading investments (Forex, stocks, options, futures, etc.) are risky. Additionally, part of being a successful trader is practicing the skill of patience. In some cases, the coach may choose to not execute a trade due to the high risk / low probability of success that the current situation may be presenting. In these cases, the coach will outline reasons for not trading. There is no guarantee that the coach will be in a trade at any given time during the trading day.
The past performance of any trading strategy does not guarantee future performance and it should not be interpreted as a forecast of future performance. Due to the dynamic nature of the markets we trade, and the fact that we can trade multiple markets, both up and down, simultaneously, no two trading days are likely to be the same. As such, the results achieved in the live trading room on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, cannot be used as an indication of likely future performance.
